"Friends" is a powerful, posse-cut anthem by Atlanta rap conglomerate Hustle Gang, featuring a star-studded lineup of label mainstays and affiliates: T.I., RaRa, Brandon Rossi, Tokyo Jetz, Trae Tha Truth, and Young Dro. Released on July 14, 2017, as a standout single from the compilation album We Want Smoke, the track serves as a raw, unflinching examination of fake loyalty, industry backstabbing, and the harsh realities of keeping a tight circle when money and fame enter the picture.
