"Roses" is a theatrical, high-concept, and brilliantly eccentric funk-rap masterpiece by legendary Atlanta hip-hop duo Outkast (Big Boi and André 3000). Released on June 15, 2004, as the second single from their monumental, diamond-certified double album Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, the track serves as one of the most commercially successful and creatively daring singles of the 2000s, blending biting social satire with Broadway-style musicality.
